Understanding Libya's Banking Landscape

ABA members will be interested in this event organised by the Libyan British Chamber of Commerce. 
 
The LBBC is pleased to invite members to a practical online briefing webinar: "Understanding Libya's Banking Landscape: LCs, Payment Systems and Best Practices."
 
This session is designed to give companies operating in or entering the Libyan market clear, hands-on guidance on the topics that matter most.
Including:
  • how Letters of Credit function within Libya's banking system
  • an overview of the key private banks and their international relationships
  • how payments and transfers are processed
  • what compliance and due diligence requirements companies need to be aware of.
There will also be an open Q&A session for members to raise specific questions.
