Richard Spector has acted in many high-profile dispute resolution cases and was heavily involved in the litigation that arose from the collapse of Lehman Brothers. He has also been involved in many cross-border litigation cases and recently acted successfully for the claimants in Harlequin Property Ltd & Anr v Wilkins Kennedy in which Richard’s client was awarded more than £10mn in damages. The case was listed in The Lawyer’s Top 20 cases of 2016.

George Constant has developed a strong reputation in the real estate investment world as a result of acting in many high value and well publicised transactions over the last 15 years. He also has extensive experience of acting for banks and other financial institutions in their secured lending transactions. George and his team of colleagues have also developed a particular expertise in Islamic finance and have acted for a number of financial institutions who offer Islamic finance products. 

Alun Williams is an expert in commercial and residential-led development projects, He also has considerable experience of acting on real estate focussed corporate acquisitions. He has often worked on large and complex transactions and has in-depth knowledge of tax-efficient legal structuring, particularly in relation to VAT and SDLT.
