Reception in honour of the Egyptian Minister of Finance

We were pleased to host H.E. Ahmed Kouchouk, the Finance Minister of the Arab Republic of Egypt and his delegation for a reception at our offices on 18 September.

The Minister was accompanied by a delegation organised by the British Egyptian Business Association. 

The Minister spoke about current initiatives to simplify the corporate tax system, streamline corporate registrations and encourage investment into Egypt. The Minister was introduced by Todd Wilcox, CEO and Deputy Chairman of HSBC Egypt. 

The British Egyptian Business Association organises an annual visit to the UK for the Minister of Finance and senior representatives of the financial and business community in Cairo.
