There is an opening for an Arabic-speaking Corporate Banking Executive who will lead the Corporate Banking professionals with a global scope.

 

Key accountabilities include:

  • Developing the Corporate and Investment Banking strategy, budget and Business plan and manage the performance of Corporate and Investment Banking professionals.
  • Developing products and services to fit various client segments & markets and optimizing the Bank’s Capabilities and leveraging it s customer base.
  • Establishing service platforms & sales and service standards and manage network distribution across regions and countries and establish a relationship building capabilities.
  • Ensuring that corporate lending portfolio quality is maintained at all times.
  • Ensuring Corporate and Investment Banking adherence to all internal standards and guidelines and regulatory compliance
  • Contributing to the overall management of the Bank through participation in various committees.
  • Work with Regional Corporate Banking managers towards achieving countries and regions targets.
  • Liaising with other Business Units to maximize sales and cross sales and boosting client service excellence.

 

 

The successful applicant will have a track record of success in Corporate Banking and relationship management, gained with international banks, and of leading teams of diversified cultural and professional backgrounds.  He or she shall be a transparent and collaborative leader and will excel at communicating with stakeholders at every level of the organisation.
